FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a eukaryotic cell that constantly expresses an RNA-guided DNA-binding protein of the CRISPR type II system, which forms a colocalization complex with a guide RNA complementary to a DNA target, and which cleaves the target DNA in a site-specific manner. The specified cell includes a set of guide RNA complementary to various DNA sites, where the guide RNA is a tracrRNA-crRNA fusion, and a set of sequences of exogenous donor nucleic acids.
EFFECT: invention is effective for introducing multiple modifications into the target DNA.
