SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology and cardiosurgery, and can be used to diagnose development of ischemic cardiomyopathy, in patients with ischemic heart disease. That is ensured by determining the relative content of non-classical monocytes - % of all monocytes and the concentration of galectin-3 (ng/ml) in the patient 's blood from the cubital vein. The obtained values are used to calculate the logistic regression index P according to the developed formula. The logistic regression index reflects the probability of developing ischemic cardiomyopathy. With an integer value P equal to “1”, the development of ischemic cardiomyopathy is diagnosed, with an integer P equal to “0” - the absence of ischemic cardiomyopathy.

EFFECT: method provides early diagnosis of ischemic cardiomyopathy in patients with ischemic heart disease, which makes it possible to start pharmacotherapy in this category of patients in due time.
