FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used for development of complex-structure inclined beds folded by rocks of different strength. Method for development of complex-structural inclined formations includes formation in surface layer of processed array of destruction zones by means of working element with variable scheme of arrangement of coal cutting tools and rock cutting tools. In the development of complex-structure inclined seams, the working stroke of the excavation-transporting unit is carried out under a slope. The working member is lowered by moving the carriage with a hydraulic cylinder in guides with deepening to the power of the rock interlayer. To provide increased volume of the drawing prism, the loosened rock mass in the trench is moved by a bulldozer blade of increased width installed in the rear part of the extraction-transporting unit, controlled by means of a parallelogram suspension and equipped with side rotary segments to ensure complete contact of the middle part of the bulldozer blade with the trench bottom. In the initial operation cycle, both lateral rotary segments of the bulldozer blade are lifted by hydraulic cylinders using an automatic control system taking into account the depth of the trench. In subsequent operation cycles, the position of the lateral rotary segments is adjusted depending on the formation of the trench side.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of functionality, increase of productivity and technological efficiency of mining equipment in development of inclined complex-structure formations, as well as reduction of mineral resource.
