FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to asymmetric derivatives of dinaphthalene polyphenols of the general Formula (I) or the general Formula (II) , to their production methods and to their use as antiviral agent effective relatively to influenza A virus. In the formula I, R1 is: C(O)H, CH=N-R8, where R8 is: linear and branched C1-C20 alkyl substituted with phenyl; R2, R3, R3a, R5, R5a, R7, R7a are H; R2a is: H, linear and branched C1-C20 alkyl substituted with COOR8a, where R8a is: H, linear and branched C1-C20 alkyl; R4, R4a, R6 and R6a are independently linear and branched C1-C10 alkyl. In the formula II, R1 is: C(O)H; R2, R3, R2a, R3a are H; R4, R4a, R6 and R6a are independently H, linear or branched C1-C10 alkyl.
EFFECT: obtaining an antiviral agent for the treatment of influenza A virus.
