FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for reducing intensity or preventing formation of a corrosive biofilm on a metal surface. Method includes obtaining a sample from a corresponding area, identifying and culturing a strain of a target bacterium, identifying and obtaining a bacteriophage against microbes based on said sample, immobilizing or encapsulating the obtained bacteriophages on a nanomagnetic particle, nanolignin and a combination thereof, preparing a microbicide composition for inhibiting corrosion by adding at least one phage release reagent and a stabilizer to a combined solution containing an alcohol and hydrocarbon, with subsequent addition of immobilized or encapsulated phages, treatment of corresponding area with microbicide composition. Cultivation of the strains is carried out in the presence of microbial antibiotics in suboptimal concentration of 1/15 of the minimum inhibitory concentration, and the bacteriophages are selectively released at pH within range of 6.5 to 4 at the microbiologic corrosion site. Microbicidal composition contains at least one alcohol, one liquid hydrocarbon, a bacteriophage immobilized on a magnetic nanocomposite, at least one phage release reagent and one stabilizer.

EFFECT: reduced intensity of biofilm formation on surfaces, resulting in reduction, attenuation or elimination of microbial corrosion on the inner surface of oil pipelines.
