FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to neurorehabilitation and somnology. Non-invasive photoexposure of cerebral lymph vessels is performed with infrared radiation at wavelength selected from range of 900 nm–1300 nm, with power not exceeding the photodamage threshold. Exposure is performed on areas of location of lymphatic vessels of meninges during the stage of deep sleep during the whole sleep cycle. Sleep cycle is recorded on electroencephalogram. Photoexposure is performed once or in a course.
EFFECT: method enables improving recovery properties of the brain during sleep after craniocerebral injuries, intracranial hemorrhages, in treating tumors and neurodegenerative pathologies.
