FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: system for treating biological tissue of the eye by microporation, comprising: a controller; laser head system, comprising: a housing, a laser subsystem for generating a laser beam along an action axis, and configured to be used in a subsurface ablative treatment process to create a pore pattern, and a lens configured to focus the laser beam on the target tissue; an eye tracking subsystem for tracking identification points and eye movements; a depth control subsystem for controlling the depth of the microporation on the target tissue; wherein the controller is configured to control movements of the laser subsystem, which include a tilt movement, a turn movement and a deflection movement.
EFFECT: restoration of physiological functions of the eye, including restoration of physiological accommodation or physiological pseudo-accommodation due to natural physiological and biomechanical phenomena associated with natural accommodation of the eye.
