FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device which generates an inhalation component, a control method thereof and a computer-readable data medium with a program for controlling said device. Device generating the inhalation component contains a load for evaporation or spraying of the source of the inhalation component under action of electric power from the electric power source and a control unit. Control unit comprises a voltage sensor for converting an analog voltage value of the electric power source into a digital voltage value by using a given correlation and outputting a digital voltage value and power supply control unit for control based on digital voltage value by electric power supply from electric power source to load. Control unit is configured to calibrate correlation based on variation of digital voltage value or analogue voltage value obtained during charging of electric power source.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of electric control.
