FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in laser powder surfacing, in particular, in additive manufacturing of articles from powder materials. Nozzle adapter housing is made with axial central channel for supply of protective gas and laser radiation. At least three gas-jet sound or ultrasonic radiators are located in the housing symmetrically to the nozzle axis, each of which is made in the form of a Hartmann whistle with the possibility of controlling the frequency of the generated acoustic radiation. Radiators are arranged with the possibility of action of generated oscillations on particles of supplied powder. Outlets of the radiators are communicated with the central channel of the nozzle body.
EFFECT: method increases fluidity of powder material in channels of nozzle adapter and prevents clogging of powder tubes and coaxial gap of nozzle adapter with powder particles.
