FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of article recovery by laser-acoustic surfacing and device for its implementation. Fractures with different depth of molten metal are filled on article surface by direct laser application with simultaneous exposure of metal to infrasound, sound, ultrasonic or hypersonic oscillations with variation of oscillation frequency from 0 to 1013 Hz with power and amplitude of sound waves, sufficient to create sonocapillary effect in molten metal. Device comprises laser unit, housing and installed in it with annular gap insert with central pass channel for passage of laser beam, nozzle for feeding gas powder mixture into annular gap and nozzle for supplying inert protective gas to central passage channel of insert, installed perpendicular to body axis, table for product placement, system of drives for mutual movement of housing relative to surface of said table, acoustic generator with waveguide. Working part of waveguide of acoustic generator is located below outlet of housing. Waveguide is fixed on housing and can be moved in five coordinates by means of movement mechanism. Acoustic generator and waveguide are provided with operating frequency range in infrasound, or acoustic, or ultrasonic, or hypersonic oscillation interval.
EFFECT: disclosed is method of article restoration by laser-acoustic surfacing and device for its implementation.
