SUBSTANCE: method of decoding video data from an encoded video bit stream, in which forming, using extraction of motion vectors on the decoder side (DMVD), plurality of extracted motion vectors; determining a first extracted motion vector and a second extracted motion vector from a plurality of extracted motion vectors based on a cost factor, which comprises a step, at which it is determined that the first extracted motion vector and the second extracted motion vector satisfy at least one constraint on the relationship between the first extracted motion vector and the second extracted motion vector; and decoding current block using determined first extracted motion vector and second extracted motion vector, which satisfy at least one constraint on relationship, using bi-prediction.
EFFECT: improvement of coding efficiency.
