FIELD: computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bus manufacturing process control method, wherein finished bus is produced from green bus by means of at least molding process and vulcanisation. Method includes: determining the first parameters describing the finished bus; actuation of a processor to calculate, as a function of said first parameters, second parameters describing the frame sleeve element, and third parameters describing the crown sleeve element, wherein the frame sleeve element and the crown sleeve element are used to assemble the green bus, wherein second parameters contain at least one parameter characterizing outer diameter of frame sleeve element, and third parameters contain at least one parameter characterizing inner diameter of crown sleeve element; by means of processor extraction from memory associated with processor, first mathematical model describing the process of shaping the frame sleeve element, when the latter is shaped to adhere to the radially inner surface of the crown sleeve element to produce a green bus; actuation of the processor to calculate, as a function of the second parameters, the third parameters and the first mathematical model, one or more operating parameters intended for performing the assembly process for assembling the green bus, wherein said one or more operating parameters comprise at least one parameter associated with the axial dimension of the uncured bus, wherein the first mathematical model establishes the dependence of the axial size of the green bus on the difference of the inner diameter of the crown sleeve element and the outer diameter of the carcass sleeve element; by means of control device request of specified one or more working parameters and control of one or more working devices for execution of specified assembly process. Invention also relates to an apparatus, an electronic unit and a data processing device.
EFFECT: proposed method allows eliminating the role of human factor.
