FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering. The device contains a movable shaft on which a guide sleeve, a guide conical sleeve, a counterface in the form of a conical sleeve, a guide cylindrical sleeve, an indenter are located, while on the movable shaft there is a ring for supplying a lubricating process medium (LPM) and a channel for supplying LPM to the contact zone of the indenter and the conical sleeve (counterface). The torque values are measured using an electronic dynamometer kinematically connected to the guide bushing. Linear bearings in contact with the cylindrical guide and guide sleeves are installed on the movable shaft. The device additionally contains a nozzle for supplying LPM to the contact zone of the indenter and counterface, as well as a channel for supplying LPM to the nozzle, a channel for supplying compressed gas, which is connected to a nozzle made with the possibility of mixing compressed gas with multicomponent LPM, forming an aerosol, a shaft with impellers immersed in the volume of LPM, connected to a reducer, mounted on the lid by means of retention screws, and an electric motor connected via a frequency converter and a switch to the power supply circuit.
EFFECT: high accuracy in determining the coefficient of friction of lubricants and the versatility of replacing test samples, as well as the possibility of studying the tribological properties of multicomponent compositions of LPM.
