FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal processing and can be used in investigating effect of different composition lubricating-cooling process agents (LCPA) on temperature and power parameters of cutting process during drilling of metal workpiece. Method includes the electrically insulated workpiece corresponding processing by means of the electrically insulated drill with the LCPA supply to the cutting zone and at that, the cutting forces measuring by means of the electronic dynamometer, which by means of bracket with metal stop and pin is connected with mandrel installed in housing through linear bearing, which is fixed in housing by means of lock rings, with possibility of axial movement and rotation, as well as transfer to the electronic dynamometer of the axial force and torque, and the thermo-EMF by means of measuring means, electrically connected by means of corresponding electric wires directly to the drill and to the workpiece, wherein electronic dynamometer and said case are fitted via appropriate structural elements on lathe support. At that, the drill installed in the drill cup is fixed in the lathe chuck, by means of which the drill is rotated during the workpiece processing, and the workpiece is fixed in the metal cup, which is installed in the said mandrel, wherein LCPA is fed into cutting zone via union fitted in barrel bore communicated with workpiece through axial bore.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to expand the technological capabilities of the method.
