FIELD: material processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of plastic deformation of shaped profiles made of bronze. A continuous cast blank is obtained, which is pressed by the CONFORM method to obtain a shaped cross-section. Then the deformation of the pressed workpiece is carried out by drawing without tension to the finished dimensions in sequentially arranged blocks containing three-roller lugs. At the same time, the relative compression in each block is 15-20%.
EFFECT: probability of stress cracks on the surface of the finished product is eliminated.
