FIELD: material engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a layered sealing material for gaskets. The expected result is achieved by a layered sealing material for gaskets, which includes two parts of flat layers. The first part is a jacket layer and the second part is subsequent layers of polymer composite located parallel to each other, including a matrix of vulcanized rubber with fillers. At the same time, the layered sealing material in thickness is made in the form of three parts connected to each other with different densities and thicknesses. The first part is a jacket layer with a thickness of 1.0 to 5.0% of the thickness of the final material. The second multilayer part is from 45.0 to 55.0% of the thickness of the final sealing material. The third is a multilayer part. Moreover, the layers of the first jacket and the second multilayer parts of the sealing material, compared with the subsequent layers of the third part, are made with an increased density of 3-5% and a thickness of 5-10% less than the subsequent layers.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability and strength of the laminated material for gaskets, and an improvement in the tightness of the seal.
