SUBSTANCE: air supply system (14) includes cylinder head (10) with inlet channel (16), inlet section (12) connected to head (10) and at least partially forming supplying channel (18) connected to inlet channel (16). Heat insulation (34) is located in supplying channel (18). Inlet section (12) is made of a metal alloy, for example, of aluminum alloy, and heat insulation (34) is made of polymer material, rubber and/or silicone. Heat insulation contains insert (40), namely a liner that is adjacent to the surface of an inner wall of supplying channel (18). Insert (40) has an adhesive layer for the adhesion to the surface of the inner wall of supplying channel (18). Implementation of heat insulation (34), insert (40), inlet channel (16) and supplying channel (18) is given. A vehicle and options of a method for manufacturing air supply system (14) are also disclosed.
EFFECT: reduction in heating of the supplied air.
