FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sugar industry. The method for separating the massecuite of the first crystallization, which involves loading the massecuite into centrifuges, separating the first outflow from the sugar crystals, feeding it to a sensitive element connected to the pneumatic power converter of the first outflow separation time control device, which is installed in the space between the casing and the centrifuge rotor, and on the inner surface of the casing, from where the first runoff flows down and is removed from the centrifuge using a segregator. Washing sugar crystals with separation of the second outflow and bringing the moisture content of sugar crystals to 0.8-1.5% by weight. Before feeding the massecuite into the rotor, it is kept in a massecuite mixer, swinging it with the first runoff, to which distilled monoglyceride is preliminarily added. Washing of sugar crystals starts when the pressure on the sensor of the first outflow reaches 0.09-0.10 MPa and is carried out in two stages sequentially, first with the first outflow, enriched earlier with distilled monoglyceride, and then with hot water.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the output of sugar from the centrifuge.
