SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sugar industry. Disclosed is a method of separating fillmass of first crystallisation, comprising loading fillmass into a centrifuge, its separation with separation from sugar crystals of the first effluent, supply of the first effluent to the sensitive element connected to the pneumatic power converter of the first effluent separation time control device, which is installed in the space between the casing and the rotor of centrifuge, and onto the inner surface of the casing, wherefrom the first effluent flows downwards and is removed from the centrifuge by means of the segregator into the collector of the first effluent, washing sugar crystals with hot water with separation of the formed second effluent. Fillmass from the vacuum apparatus is fed into the receiving fillmass mixer, where it is swung by the first effluent before centrifugation, wherein the first effluent is pre-diluted with hot water, hydrogen peroxide is added and passed through a cavitator. Crystals washing is started when pressure on the sensitive element of the first effluent is equal to 0.09–0.10 MPa, and it is carried out in two stages successively, at first diluted with the first outflow, and then with hot water.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the sugar yield from the centrifuge, as well as improves its quality indices.
