SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for determining the response of a patient diagnosed with skin melanoma to anti-PD1-therapy (versions). Method comprises recovering DNA from a stool sample of a patient diagnosed with skin melanoma, genome-wide metagenomic sequencing, analyzing the obtained data; determination of microbial DNA representation. Presence of microbial DNA is higher than 7 percent of the set of microorganisms Bifidobacterium adolescentis, Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron, Barnesiella intestinihominis, Parabacteroides merdae, Ruminococcus bromii, Eubacterium eligens is a marker of a positive response of a patient diagnosed with skin melanoma to anti-PD1-therapy. Presence of microbial DNA is higher than 12 percent of the set of microorganisms of the species Bifidobacterium longum, Collinsella aerofaciens, Oscillibacter sp cag241, Ruminococcus bicirculans, is a marker of a negative response of a patient diagnosed with skin melanoma to anti-PD1 therapy.
EFFECT: inventions provide prediction of the effectiveness of immunotherapy of oncological diseases.
