SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, namely to an isotope-enriched norketamine derivative or to its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on the isotope-enriched norketamine derivative and to its use for inhibiting the activity of NMDA (N-methyl-d-aspartate) receptor.
EFFECT: new norketamine derivatives are obtained with improved half-life and improved bioavailability, useful for the treatment of a disease or condition mediated with NMDA receptor activity.
