SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction of underground stations built in accordance with the open building method. The three-span metro station constructed in accordance with the open building method with an island passenger platform and single-track running tunnels is an underground multi-level structure constructed in accordance with the open building method in a construction pit. The structure consists of upper and lower levels located one above the other. There are offices and engineering spaces on the upper level. There are rail tracks on the lower level in the side spans. The main line tunnels adjoin the side spans. There is an island passenger platform with sliding doors for boarding and detraining passengers and a sub-platform space in the middle span. The station is made in the form of a closed frame structure containing monolithic reinforced concrete buckle plates, ceiling sheets, floor slabs, bearing side walls. The station consists of partition walls that divide the station frame structure into three spans. The ceiling sheets and floor slabs are supported by the side and partition walls of the frame structure. The side spans with rail tracks and the middle span with the island passenger platform are interconnected by openings in the partition walls. There are sliding doors for passengers in these openings to enter and exit the train cars from the station platform. The interval between the axes of the openings is equal to the interval between the axes of the doors in the train cars.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the reliability, operational safety, manufacturability and speed of construction of a three-span station in accordance with the open building method with an island passenger platform.
