FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, and can also be used as a functional children’s nutrition at the age of 1 to 3 years. Meat mash for children’s functional nutrition includes crushed white meat and turkey liver, enriched with nutrients in vivo, passaged onions, pumpkin, parsley, carrots, passaged in vegetable oil, medium-sized oat flakes, preventive food salt, allspice and water. At the same time, muscat pumpkin is used as a pumpkin with a mass fraction of soluble solids of 10-14% and pectin substances of 7.6%. The components for the preparation of meat mash are used at the following ratio, wt. %: enriched white turkey meat 55.0-65.0, enriched turkey liver 4.0-7.0, passaged carrots 3.0-5.0, passaged onions 2.0-4.0, butternut squash 4.0-6.0, parsley greens 0.4-0.8, medium-sized oat flakes 1.4-1.8, preventive salt 1.0-1.2, refined sunflower oil 1.8-2.2, allspice 0.09-0.11, water being the rest.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a finished product with preserved useful properties of the initial components.
