SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to functional diagnostics, and can be used when performing contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination of the kidney, followed by the calculation of quantitative indicators similar to those of dynamic nephroscintigraphy. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination (CEUE) of the kidney is performed to obtain indicators: the maximum intensity of accumulation of the contrast agent (PI) in seconds and the half-life of the contrast agent (HTWo) in seconds. Then, indicators similar to dynamic nephroscintigraphy (DNS), “Tmax” and “T1/2” are calculated by multiplying the corresponding indicators obtained with CEUE by a correlating coefficient. At the same time, for the calculation of “Tmax”, the correlation coefficient is 0.3, and for the calculation of “T1/2”, the correlation coefficient is 0.2.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of dynamic monitoring of the course of the disease without the use of ionizing research methods by accurately calculating the indicators of virtual dynamic nephroscintigraphy, without its use, which correspond to all quantitative indicators of dynamic nephroscintigraphy required for subsequent medical opinion.
