FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely to a sheet of anisotropic electrical steel. A sheet of anisotropic electrical steel contains a basic steel sheet having a chemical composition containing, wt. %: C: 0.005 or less, Si: 2.5-4.5, Mn: 0.02-0.2, one or more elements selected from a group consisting of S and Se: in total 0.005 or less, Al: 0.01 or less, N: 0.01 or less, the rest is Fe and impurities, and the primary coating formed on the surface of the main steel sheet and containing Mg2SiO4 as the main component. The position of the peak intensity of Al emission, obtained when performing elemental analysis using optical emission spectrometry of a glow discharge from the surface of the primary coating in the direction of the thickness of the sheet of anisotropic electrical steel, is in the range of 2.0-10.0 microns from the surface of the primary coating in the direction of thickness. The numerical density of Al oxides with a size of 0.2 microns or more in terms of the diameter of an area-equivalent circle at the peak of the intensity of Al emission is 0.032-0.20/mcm2. In the distribution diagram with dimensions of 100 mcm × 100 mcm of Al oxides at the peak of the intensity of Al emission obtained by optical emission spectrometry of glow discharge, when dividing this distribution diagram into grid sections with dimensions of 10 mcm × 10 mcm, the ratio of the number of grid sections not containing Al oxides to the total number of grid sections in the distribution diagram is 5% or less.

EFFECT: sheet of electrical steel has excellent magnetic properties and adhesion of the primary coating to the main steel sheet.
