FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely to a sheet of anisotropic electrical steel. Anisotropic electrical steel sheet contains a basic steel sheet having a chemical composition containing, wt. %: C: 0.005 or less, Si: 2.5-4.5, Mn: 0.02-0.2, one or more elements selected from a group consisting of S and Se: in total 0.005 or less, Al solution: 0.01 or less, N: 0.01 or less, the rest is Fe and impurities, and the primary coating formed on the surface of the main steel sheet and containing Mg2SiO4 as the main component. The position of the peak intensity of Al emission obtained by performing elemental analysis using optical emission spectrometry of a glow discharge from the surface of the primary coating in the direction along the thickness of the sheet of anisotropic electrical steel is in the range of 2.4-12.0 mcm from the surface of the primary coating in the direction along the thickness. The numerical density of Al oxides at the peak of the intensity of Al emission with a size of 0.2 mcm or more in terms of the diameter of an area-equivalent circle is 0.03-0.18/mcm 2. In the set of Al oxides in the observed region of 30 mcm × 50 mcm at the peak of the intensity of Al emission, the total cross-sectional area of the identified Al oxides with cross-sectional areas of 0.4-10.0 mcm2 is 75.0% or more of the total cross-sectional area of all Al oxides in the observed region.
EFFECT: sheet of electrical steel has excellent magnetic properties and adhesion of the primary coating to the main steel sheet, as well as resistance to corrosion.
