DISCHARGE CHAMBER OF A GAS-FLOW LASER Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC H01S3/97

Abstract RU 2773020 C1

FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gas discharge physics, in particular, to gas flow lasers and can be used in the creation of high-power lasers with high radiation quality. The discharge chamber of a gas- flow laser is made in the form of a single quartz structure, consists of three pairs of mutually perpendicular tubes, on one pair of tubes the electrodes of the main charge are installed, the ends of which are made in the form of plates parallel to the gas flow, and the ends of the second pair are closed with optical windows, the third pair serves to organize a head-on gas flow.

EFFECT: reduction in size, simplicity of implementation, reduction in the number of seals, ease of operation.
