FIELD: valve engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve engineering, in particular, to disc shutters used in industrial pipeline valves; it is intended for regulation and blocking of working media of liquids and gases. The disc shutter contains input and output flanges, a case having a saddle with a sealing surface, a shaft installed in the case by means of bearing bushings, perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of its passage hole, with a displacement relatively to the specified axis, a disc installed on the shaft, which is fixed with dowels from rotation on the shaft, a lamella is placed on the disc, an outer face of which has a conical surface, an oil seal, an oil seal cover, a drive. Curved rods bent towards the input flange are placed on a larger side surface of the disc, cut by the axis of the shaft, from a side of the input flange, along part of a circular arc, limited with the axis of the shaft. Curved rods bent towards the output flange are placed on a smaller side surface of the disc, cut by the axis of the shaft, from a side of the output flange, along part of the circular arc, limited with the axis of the shaft. Curved rods bent towards the input flange have a section in the form of isosceles triangles, vertices at equal sides of which are directed towards concavity. Curved rods bent towards the output flange have a section in the form of an ellipse.
EFFECT: proposed design of a disc shutter prevents cavitation effects during regulation of a flow rate of liquid media.
