Number of points is calculated depending on the presence of the following factors in the patient: type of tumour progression, time of recurrence after previous treatment, presence of metastases in lymph nodes, depth of tumour invasion. Further, the total score is used to determine the five-year survival rate. At 0 points, 1 degree of risk is determined, five-year survival rate – 66%; if the total score is 1-2 points, 2 degree of risk is determined, five-year survival rate – 49%; if the total score is 3-4 points, 3rd degree of risk is determined, five-year survival rate is 13%.

EFFECT: method enables determining the five-year predicted postoperative survival rate, the degree of risk of progression and death.
