SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to tools for optimising detection of genome changes in live cells. Disclosed is a unit for a module for solid-wall cell isolation, substantial isolation, growth, editing induction, normalization and selection (SWIIN), intended for cell isolation, cell growth, creation of conditions for editing cells, and normalization or selection of small cell colonies, containing a retaining element, a perforated element, a filter, a seal surrounding the perforated element and the filter; a permeable element, and means for connecting the retaining element, the perforated element, the filter, the seal, and the permeable element. Also disclosed are SWIIN modules.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures automated highly productive and extremely sensitive screening for identifying edited cells.
