FIELD: ceramic products drying.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of drying hollow ceramic products. The method can be used for drying hollow products made of moisture-containing or hygroscopic materials, as well as for drying the internal surfaces of hollow non-porous products or products with closed porosity. To implement the method, a drying agent containing a gaseous component is fed into the cavity of the product intended for drying through a gas duct. A gas duct for supplying a gaseous desiccant is introduced into the product cavity, while the value of the cross-sectional area of the cavity, bounded by the inner surface of the product and the outer surface of the gas duct, at the level of the outlet of the gas duct is more than 10% higher than the cross-sectional area at the level of the gas duct inlet into the product cavity.

EFFECT: ensuring high uniformity of drying of all sections of hollow products and reducing the defectiveness of dried products.
