SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for increasing the dosing accuracy of microfluidic pumps or valves. Method for increasing the dosing accuracy of microfluidic pumps (1, 2, 3) or valves with a flexible membrane (4) and a valve body (8) with the valve body surface and with at least one valve tray (5, 6, 7) consists in securing the membrane (4) on the body (8) to cover at least one tray (5, 6, 7). The surface of the membrane (4) facing at least one tray (5, 6, 7) is heated with a laser beam, and the surface of the body (8) is hydrophilised before securing the body (8) on the membrane (4) in order to reduce the adhesion between the body (8) and the membrane (4).

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the dosing accuracy of microfluidic pumps or valves.
