The microfluidic device for separation, purification and concentration of fluid components, contains: structured component (1) in the form of a flat body; microfluidic channel system (2) formed in structured component (1); at least one structural element selected from a plate or film applied to the upper side and/or lower side of structured component (1) to close microfluidic channel system (2) with a seal; at least one porous functional element (5) selected from a filter, membrane, frit or functional paper, and at least one fluid port (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) located in structured component (1) for supplying media to microfluidic channel system (2) and reagents and/or dry reagents provided in at least one reaction chamber (6) and/or at least one chamber (20) for the PCR reaction.

EFFECT: increased degree of separation and purification of components.
