SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a node for connecting modular structures and a dome structure including such a node. Connection unit of modular structures, containing a disk-shaped body with a central hole, inserted into the central hole of the disk, closing the body from the end sides of the inner and outer covers, and in the disk of the body on one of its end sides, six identical recesses are made uniformly around the circumference with the formation of six protrusions between them, bounded by the inner rim of the disk, at the same time, at the edges of each of the recesses, on the side of the protrusion, through holes are made in the disk, in which the clamps are installed, which, when rotated, can enter and clamp with their protrusion the triangular-shaped modular structures installed in the indicated recesses by means of the groove made in their corner part and two protruding fixed profiles. Also described is a modular structure containing such a node.

EFFECT: acceleration of assembly and disassembly of modular structures, increasing the tightness of the nodal connection.
