FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a stretcher for the transportation of injured patients intended, in particular, but not exclusively, for use in sports. The stretcher contains a rigid frame made in the form of a single piece of an oblong shape, and having an upper support surface for placement of a patient in a supine position. In this case, the upper support surface has a support plane surrounded by retaining sidewalls along the perimeter. Moreover, the rigid frame is made in the form of a single piece, which is a hollow rigid frame, in which retaining sidewalls are inclined relatively to the support plane, and the lower surface of the hollow rigid frame contains continuous convex curved sections passing at least under retaining sidewalls.

EFFECT: creation of a lightweight stretcher with high rigidity and safe for placement of a patient on a stretcher and his/her immobilization, as well as safe for operators involved in assistance and transportation of the patient, as well as allowing easy loading of the patient and quickly ensuring his/her correct immobilization.
