METHOD FOR CHOOSING THE STARTING SCHEME OF POSTOPERATIVE ANESTHESIA IN PATIENTS AFTER VIDEOLAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61K31/407 A61K31/135 A61K31/167 A61P23/00 G01N33/50 C12Q1/6827

Abstract RU 2779003 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to pharmacogenetics. The polymorphism rs3892097 of the CYP2D6 gene is determined. When detecting the GA and AA genotype by the allelic variant of CYP2D6*4, tramadol 400 mg/day in combination with ketorolac 90 mg/day or tramadol 400 mg/day in combination with paracetamol 4 g/day is used for postoperative anesthesia. If the GG genotype is detected by the allelic variant of CYP2D6*4, tramadol 400 mg/day monotherapy is used.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible, based on the results of pharmacogenetic testing, to increase the effectiveness of postoperative anesthesia, thereby accelerating the early activation of the patient in the postoperative period and minimizing the negative effects of pain by optimizing the initial scheme of postoperative anesthesia.
