FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for the prevention of postoperative purulent complications in patients with hepatopancreatobiliary zone pathology is described. The presence of carbapenem-resistant pathogens is preliminary determined in patients with hepatopancreatobiliary system pathology by PCR method, and ceftazidim/avibactam at a dose of 2.5 g 3 times a day for 5-14 days. Ceftolosan/tazobactam at a dose of 1.5 g 3 times a day for 4-14 days are prescribed for the prevention of postoperative purulent complications in the preoperative period, if serine OXA-48 of molecular class D is indicated in 51-54% of cases, metallo-beta-lactamase VIM is indicated in 32-35% of cases, and NDM is indicated in 11-17% of cases.
EFFECT: invention increases the efficiency of prevention of postoperative purulent complications in patients with hepatopancreatobiliary system pathology.
