FIELD: ferrous metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and can be used, in particular, in the production of ferrosilicomanganese and other manganese alloys in ore reduction electric furnaces. The charge contains, wt.%: manganese ore 55.3-60.1; coal grade T and/or grade D 20.5-28.6; quartzite 8.3-9.6; dolomite 7.8-10.1.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the degree of extraction of manganese into the alloy during the production of ferrosilicomanganese.
