FIELD: food; cosmetic; pharmaceutical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries and can be used to produce preventive products and cosmetics based on cyanobacteria biomass (Spirulina (Arthrospira) platensis). The method for obtaining a product containing C-phycocyanin from spirulina is characterized by the fact that the raw biomass of spirulina is mixed with a 4% solution of sodium alginate in a ratio of 1:1, the formed granules are treated with a 2% solution of calcium chloride for 30 minutes. Then the granules are washed with distilled water. A solution containing C-phycocyanin is obtained by extraction with distilled water for 3-4 hours at a temperature of + 5-7°C. To obtain the powder, the resulting solution is subjected to freeze drying.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain products in the form of an aqueous solution, as well as powder, in which C-phycocyanin is resistant to light for at least 6 hours.
