SUBSTANCE: curd-cereal product is described, including curd with a fat content of 5%, wheat germs, dried apricots, apricot puree, cream with a fat content of 22%, malt wheat and barley germs, at the following ratio of initial components, wt.%: curd with a fat content of 5% – 69, dried apricots – 7, fructose – 3.5, cream with a fat content of 22% – 6, apricot puree – 4.5, malt wheat germs – 6.5, or barley germs – 3.5.
EFFECT: invention allows for waste-free use of wheat and barley grains, increase in biological value, functional and dietary properties of a curd-cereal product.
