SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of obtaining graphene-containing suspensions by shear exfoliation of graphite in a liquid and can be used in various industries when modifying greases, epoxy resins, concretes, etc. using graphene. A device for producing a graphene-containing suspension by exfoliation of graphite includes a container of the initial suspension, a graphite exfoliation unit containing 5-10 rotary apparatuses connected in series in such a way that the hole for removing the suspension of each previous apparatus is connected to the hole for feeding the suspension of each subsequent apparatus. Each of the movable blades located in the radial grooves of the rotor in rotary apparatuses consists of two parts interconnected by a spike-groove connection, and the part of the blade in which the groove is made is located in the radial groove of the rotor and is made of a material with a higher specific density than the second part of the blade.

EFFECT: increase in the normal and tangential forces in the contact zone of the movable blade with the inner surface of the stator, which provides the necessary force of pressing the blade against the inner surface of the stator while reducing the speed of rotation of the rotor and increasing the concentration of graphene plates in suspension by 15-20%.
