SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical industry and construction and can be used in the manufacture of oils, lubricants, concrete mixtures and composites based on epoxy resins. The device for obtaining graphene-containing suspensions contains a graphite exfoliation unit, including a rotary apparatus rigidly fixed on the base, containing a stator made in the form of a cylindrical body 1 with holes 14 for supplying and removing the suspension, as well as a rotor with a rotation drive, including an electric motor connected through a safety clutch with the rotor axis. The inner surface of the housing 1 and the outer surface of the rotor are made conical with a leveled gap between them. The base of the cone is located on the side of the electric motor. The rotor is fixed in the housing 1 with the help of a blind 5 on one side and a sealed cover 6 on the other side. The electric motor is placed on a skid mounted on the base rails. Between the wall of the base and the slide, a beam with a spring is built in to press the rotor against the housing 1 using an electric motor. Longitudinal grooves 15 are milled on the outer surface of the rotor along its entire length.

EFFECT: improving the quality of graphene-containing suspensions and increasing the yield of few-layer graphene.
