SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and a system for optimized transmission of satellite navigation messages, and particularly relates to optimized encoding, transmission and decoding of a digital message from a plurality of satellites to at least one user receiver. Disclosed is a method of improving reception of a satellite navigation message divided into several pages and transmitted by one or more satellites. A satellite navigation message M of k pages is encoded in n pages, and any k retrieved pages from any satellite enable to decode the original satellite navigation message M. Method uses parallel block coding for binary channel with erasure with high parity and zero overhead, where symbols in fixed position of all pages are coded in parallel into shorter codes.

EFFECT: providing complete interchangeability of pages when transmitting a message, optimizing reception of messages and reducing the cost of decoding.
