FIELD: microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the detection of the presence of Enterobacteriales, Pseudomonas and Acinetobacter producing carbapenemase in a biological sample. A method is proposed for the detection of the presence of Enterobacteriales, Pseudomonas and Acinetobacter producing carbapenemase in a biological sample, including provision of a sample, in which the presence of Enterobacteriales, Pseudomonas and Acinetobacter producing carbapenemase is supposed, reaction of the specified sample with a solution of (7R)-7-[(z)-2-(2-aminothiazole-4-yl)-(Z)-2(methoxyimino)acetamide]-3-(2,4-dinitrostyryl)-3-cefem-4-carboxylic acid) or its salt. In this case, the reaction is carried out in the presence of an inhibitor of extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL), AmpC inhibitor, or a mixture thereof. A change of color from yellow to orange/red in a reaction medium is detected, when Enterobacteriales, Pseudomonas and Acinetobacter producing carbapenemase are present in the studied sample. At the same time, change of color occurs during 1 h of sample reaction. The use of (7R)-7-[(z)-2-(2-aminothiazole-4-yl)-(Z)-2(methoxyimino)acetamide]-3-(2,4-dinitrostyryl)-3-cefem-4-carboxylic acid) or its salt for the detection of the presence of Enterobacteriales, Pseudomonas and Acinetobacter producing carbapenemase in a sample, and a set for the determination of whether a microorganism produces carbapenem-hydrolyzing β-lactamase, containing (7R)-7-[(z)-2-(2-aminothiazole-4-yl)-(Z)-2(methoxyimino)acetamide]-3-(2,4-dinitrostyryl)-3-cefem-4-carboxylic acid) or its salt, are also proposed.
EFFECT: invention provides for high sensitivity and specificity.
