FIELD: additive technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of additive technologies, in particular to a device and a method for three-dimensional molding of a workpiece by means of removal of material, using a laser beam. The device contains a mechanical processing unit made with the possibility of supply of a fluid jet under pressure to the workpiece and introduction of the laser beam into the fluid jet in the direction of the workpiece, a controller of workpiece movement relatively to the mechanical processing unit, a measuring unit for measuring a position of a drop point of the fluid jet under pressure on the workpiece, and a laser controller. The movement controller is made with the possibility of multiple change in x-y-z position of the workpiece, so that the laser beam scans the surface of the workpiece in x-y plane, or with the possibility of change in a trajectory, along which the fluid jet moves along the workpiece based on a set surface profile. The measuring unit is made with the possibility of determination of the surface profile by measuring z position of a set of drop points of the fluid jet on the workpiece. The laser controller is made with the possibility of adjustment of laser beam energy for different x-y positions based on the set surface profile.
EFFECT: fast and accurate molding of a workpiece of a given shape is provided.
