FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of cell biology and the food industry, in particular to a method for obtaining a usable composition and a composition obtained using this method. To implement the method, many cell types of a non-human animal and a three-dimensional porous matrix suitable for human consumption are first incubated. After that, differentiation of myoblasts or their progenitor cells is induced into muscle tubules. Moreover, the specified set of cell types contains myoblasts or their progenitor cells, including satellite cells, and secreting extracellular matrix (SEM) cells, including fibroblasts, as well as, optionally, a small number of endothelial cells or their progenitor cells, no more than 15% of the specified set.

EFFECT: present invention makes it possible to improve the survival, proliferation and formation of muscle tubules when obtaining a composition suitable for consumption, a product out of cultured meat.
