SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to drilling petroleum and gas boreholes, in particular, multilateral boreholes. Deflector assembly comprises a deflector body provided with a deflector window placed therein, an inclined deflector guide located at least partially through the deflector window, and a drive element located in the deflector body and containing an inner coupling configured to be engaged with the inclined deflector guide at the end thereof located lower in the wellbore, wherein the inner coupling is configured to move the inclined deflector guide between the first (1), second (2), and third (3) different positions when the downhole tool is moved back and forth in the deflector body.

EFFECT: amount of operations for lowering and raising pipes for access to the lateral wellbores is reduced, while providing access to all lateral wellbores in any order in order to intensify the inflow or to clean.
