FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a catalytic product used for purification of exhaust gas emissions from petrol engines. The catalytic product for purification of exhaust gas contains: substrate and one layer of a catalyst, deposited directly on substrate. One layer of the catalyst contains the first component of platinum group metal (PGM), oxygen storage capacity (hereinafter – OSC) material, and inorganic oxide. At the same time, the total load of porous oxide coating in one later of the catalyst is no more than 1.2 g/inch3. OSC material is selected from a group consisting of cerium oxide, mixed cerium-zirconium oxide, and mixed aluminum-cerium-zirconium oxide. Inorganic oxide is alumina, alumina stabilized with lanthanide, or composite magnesium/aluminum oxide. Substrate is flow monolith. The invention also relates to an emission purification system containing a catalytic product, methods for purification of exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine, including bringing exhaust gas into contact with the emission purification system.
EFFECT: improvement of catalytic neutralizers for certain engine platforms capable of providing high conversion speed and low counter-pressure at the same time.
