SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition of a catalytic TWC neutralizer, a catalytic product for purification of spent gas, a system for purification of emissions, a method for purification of spent gas. The composition of the catalytic TWC neutralizer contains nanoparticles of platinum group metal (hereinafter – PGM). In this case, PGM nanoparticles have an average particle size from 1 nm to 20 nm with standard deviation (SD) of no more than 1 nm.

EFFECT: reduction in emissions of pollutants under conditions of low-temperature use of TWC by means of using PGM material nanoparticles of a selected effective size.
