The device for granulating substances contains a reactor consisting of a housing 2 and a lid 1 connected to an inert gas supply system, with a crucible 5 placed inside with at least one hole, and the hole in the crucible 5 is designed to drain the molten substance 4 with simultaneous filtration, a furnace unit 3 covering the reactor housing in the placement zone of the crucible 5, flasks of the first 7 and second 11 cooling circuits, with the lower edge of the reactor housing immersed in the flask 7 with coolant 6 of the first cooling circuit, placed inside the flask 11 of the second cooling circuit, pre-filled with refrigerant 10 that is water, a coolant with a density of 1.2 to 0.7 g/cm3 is used as the coolant 6 of the primary circuit, the reactor is filled with an inert gas with excess pressure, providing the bubbling process and the circulation of inert gas through a liquid gate formed by the lower edge of the reactor housing 2 and the coolant 6 of the primary circuit, and crucible 5 is made of a material that is not wetted by the melt of the initial substance, but wetted by its oxides.

EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of tools and the creation of a universal device for granulation of substances (metals or alloys), which can be used for a wide class of materials, materials of various degrees of purity, including high-purity, provided that equipment, basic and auxiliary materials of the required quality and appropriate preparation for the process are used.
